If you are looking for a session from IT and how IT directors can leverage Salesforce CRM across a campus wide implementation with cool innovations on chat and digital transformation, I will recommend my friend Daniel Powell’s team session below .

For Developers and architects looking at Omniscript and trying to figure out the best way to use it on complicated forms, I highly recommend Reid Brownell’s Session on Omniscript, which will teach you a lot of goodies.
