Tony has over 40 years of business experience, including 35 years at a Fortune 500 company. He is currently an independent consultant, specializing in IT Organizational Enablement which includes organization and staff assessment, organization design, staffing, team building, coaching, administration, strategic and operational planning, financial management, change management, governance, and program management. His business experience includes stints in HR and Finance as well as Division and Corporate IT. He has also taught as an adjunct MIS professor at Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
