Colleen Esper Negrón is a Salesforce Administrator with three years in the ecosystem and four Salesforce certifications, known for her detail-oriented approach to documentation, Flow automation, and permissions architecture. She recently completed a large-scale profiles and permission sets redesign, contributing to a persona-based, least-privilege security model built for long-term scalability. Colleen is especially strong at asking the right questions, surfacing edge cases, and documenting decisions clearly enough that teams can move forward with confidence. She combines hands-on technical experience with a careful, user-minded approach to problem solving, always considering how a solution will be tested, supported, and understood over time. Colleen will be speaking along her team about this project at Dreamforce 2026, returning to the Dreamforce stage after previously presenting in 2023.
